Return Policy for SakeDo
At SakeDo, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help! Below is our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized glassware.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your glassware arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email us at order@sakedo.ca with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
